How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
