Mlungiseleli Tyatyaza is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director of Kini Consulting. After building his skills as a quantity surveyor with companies working mainly in the multi-disciplinary engineering field, he established Kini Consulting, a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in quantity surveying, consulting engineering and project management in both the construction and mining sectors.
His experience covers traditional construction cost consulting and project management functions in the engineering sector, gained with companies in coal mining, transportation, marine engineering and water treatment, with all related infrastructure.
His fields of expertise are civil engineering, opencast mining, mechanical structures, architectural buildings, Eskom power lines and EPC projects, mainly for Anglo Thermal Coal.
